Mexican Salad:
Healthy staple of Fraiche salads: Sous Vide Chicken Breast and free range eggs have met Latin Cuisine. Red Beans & Corn are all staples in South American cooking, but to maximize nutritional benefits we have also included quinoa and cashews that are commonly recognized as “superfoods”. All the tropical flavors are perfect match for a light lunch and the Cajun spiced chicken together with Mexican salsa add additional spicy kick. Chef’s recommendation for the additional dressing is a Lemon Olive Oil.
